You should try this:
Zoom in a bit, then use the magnetic lasso, or the lasso tool to select only the iris area of the eye, then select Image - Adjustments - Hue / Saturation and toy with the sliders, or select Layer - New Adjustment Layer - Hue / Saturation and again toy with the sliders.</description>
